Katie is a Certified Physician Assistant with more than 11 years of experience in oncology and hematology and an additional six years of prior bedside nursing experience. She cares for patients with complex cancer and blood disorders, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, staging, and treatment initiation.
Before becoming a PA, Katie served as a Charge RN at Naples Community Hospital and Wilcox Community Hospital in Hawaii, gaining extensive experience in medical-surgical care. She earned her Master of Medical Science from Nova Southeastern University and holds a Bachelor of Science from Hodges University and an Associate of Science in Nursing. She is NCCPA certified and licensed in Florida as both a Physician Assistant and Registered Nurse, with both ACLC and BLS certifications.
